FED: Strike action set to go ahead despite court orders

SYDNEY, Jan 12 AAP - Resources giant BHP today accused unions of orchestrating a nation-wide
industrial campaign against the company as 4,000 workers vowed to push ahead with strike
action tonight.

Workers at BHP's biggest steelworks, at Port Kembla in New South Wales, will walk off
the job at 11.20pm tonight, defying an order by the state Industrial Relations Commission.

Striking steel workers will be joined by 150 stevedores who work for BHP's transport
division at Port Kembla.
